# Publishing checklist for service pages

## Before publication

Use this checklist on the page that will be published, rather than on the original brief. A service page may have changed during review; the approved draft is the reference.

- Read the title and opening paragraph. Can a prospective customer tell which service is offered?
- Check each scope statement against the approved draft. Remove a claim that still awaits confirmation.
- Follow the call to action. It should lead to the contact route named in the page copy.
- Open each link and read its destination label. The label should make sense without the surrounding paragraph.

## After publication

Open the published URL and compare the visible page with the approved draft. Record the URL beside the approval note so the next editor knows which version went live. If the call to action or service boundary changed during publishing, pause the handoff and correct the page before sharing it.
